Shipping Prices

The costs for shipping via UPS and USPS in the Continental US is added by a percentage based on total amount purchased, additional costs may apply for shipping outside the United States and for Rush Deliveries.

International Delivery Information

We usually ship our International orders via USPS. USPS Ground Parcel Post estimates a 4-6 week delivery time and USPS Airmail Parcel Post estimates about a 4-10 business day delivery time. Please contact us for pricing information as additional charges may apply.

Delivery Time

We ship via UPS and USPS in the Continental US. Please contact us for delivery information outside the Continental US and for Rush Deliveries as additional charges may apply. Orders are normally shipped within one to four business days. Custom orders will take longer. Orders paid by e-checks or personal checks will also take longer as the check must clear your account prior to shipping. We will e-mail you regarding the ship date in advance. Occasionally, we may be temporarily out-of-stock on certain items. You will be notified by e-mail if something you ordered is currently not available.

Return and exchange policy

Any return or exchange items must be unused and in their original condition. The purchased item needs to be sent back to us within 30 days of the original invoice date, and properly packed (placing item back in its original box and then placed in a shipping box) so they will arrive in the original condition. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will replace the item or provide a credit less any shipping charges. Some returns may be charged a 10% restocking fee if item was a Custom Order or a Discontinued Item. Please include a photo copy of the invoice with your return.
